Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use deadlinebrief.com or subscribe to Deadline Brief, a digital email subscription run from Australia.
The service
Before each FPL gameweek deadline we email you a brief built from public Fantasy Premier League data for the Team ID you give us: transfer ideas, captain, chip timing and related info. We aim to send it about 12 hours (or 18 hours if you choose "earlier") before the deadline, but timing can vary. If you sign up close to a deadline, your first brief may be the following gameweek. New FPL teams get a general edition until their squad becomes public after their first deadline.
Not affiliated, not advice
Deadline Brief is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. Briefs are for entertainment and information only. They are not financial or gambling advice, and there's no guarantee of points or rank. You make all decisions and changes in the official FPL game.
Plans and payment
- Early bird / Season Pass: a one-off payment for the current FPL season. It doesn't renew automatically.
- Monthly: billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing support or using the unsubscribe link, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Prices are shown in AUD at checkout and include any applicable GST. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Referrals
Each subscriber gets a referral link. When 3 different people pay for a subscription through your link in a season, your next season is free. Self-referrals, refunded payments and monthly subscriptions cancelled within 14 days don't count. The reward has no cash value. We may withdraw it if we see abuse.
Your responsibilities
Give us a correct email and FPL Team ID, and don't misuse the service (for example, reselling briefs or automated abuse of our forms).
Availability
We rely on third parties (the FPL API, Stripe, our email and hosting providers). If they're unavailable a brief may be late or missed. See our Refund Policy for what happens then.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for the affected period.
Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms and will post changes here. If we stop the service mid-season, we'll refund a fair share of any unused prepaid period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
